    My experience was very mixed. They got everything done, they did it fast, my sister and I didn't have to help, and they did communicate technically which are all positive aspects. On the negative side they were late by an hour and a half; they bad mouthed the people before us; they packed my storage unit terribly, like it's going to be dangerous to unpack when I move into my house; they didn't follow directions and broke at least one thing if not more. I'm torn on this experience and if I would use them again. While I appreciate the price there were just a lot of smaller issues and at least one or two larger issues that make me question things.
